長照 3.0 是什麼？

簡單說：政府每年花超過 1,000 億，幫失能、失智的家人出錢請人照顧。這筆錢叫「長照補助」，而「長照 3.0」就是 2026 年開始的最新版規則。

跟之前的 2.0 比起來，3.0 多了三件重要的事：年輕型失智也能用、有外籍看護的家庭也能申請社區服務、智慧輔具可以用租的。

它的三大願景是：健康老化、在地安老、安寧善終，用白話講就是「讓人在自己熟悉的地方，好好地老、好好地走」。
